Lovely Land Day 5

After a few rounds of the game Scout Sword, we discussed the rock cycle and differences between igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks. Then we painted Kindness rocks (stones painted with a positive message and hidden somewhere for someone else to find). Next we practiced the play during snack and made a video recording of it to share with families. Then we went to the obstacle course. Next, we looked at different types of minerals and rocks and discussed their uses. Lastly,  we had lunch and went to the creek.
